Another Bottle Tree! One that Hangs Up

From In the Garden

As if three bottle trees were not enough I decided to add another one to the mix! I stopped by a local nursery called Mary's Gardens recently. They were having a 60% off sale of all items in the gift shop. I couldn't resist this under $10 tree (including tax) and bought two. One for my mother and one for my newly married daughter.

This bottle tree is made to be hung and can hold large bottles such as the wine bottles you see displayed on it (Thanks Skeeter!).

Stop by Mary's Gardens and see if they have any more of these bottle trees left and you'll be happy....

  2. That is a neat bottle tree. I have a blue bottle 'bouquet' in my main garden. I've saved some green bottles to make another one next. They add a nice touch to gardens.

  7. I'm guessing it should sway in the wind or even turn? Would be neat to see the sun reflect through them turning.

  8. What a clever idea! I might have to start drinking more wine to create one for myself--but I'd only want wine that came in blue bottles:)

  13. I really like the hanging tree, Tina. I have a swingset that is no longer used where one might just be able to find a home;-) I would like to have some red bottles on mine, along with blue...and any other colors I might be able to locate. Sounds like I might have a little 'project' on my hands now--(not that I haven't already been busy with others!). I have several blue bottles already saved for such an occassion. Now, where to find the red ones...?!
