Lady Bug

BY SKEETER
I found this Safety Hat (Hard Hat) at the thrift shop. I decided it had to find a place in my GEORGIA GARDENS.
I purchased a can of red paint that bonds to Plastic.
A nice coat of red paint.
A few dots with Patio Paints and we now have a LADY BUG, In the Garden...

    1. Lisa, forgot to mention, I spotted a pic of something similar on internet. I could not find that pic once I had the hat in hand so came up with my own version....

    1. I got this idea from Facebook. Someone posted a pic of it but could not find it once I had the hat in hand and ready to give it a try. Maybe I should have Pinterest it. LOL....

    1. I had fun with making it. Someone could probably make a little money customizing Hard Hats for workers...

  7. Lol, Skeeter, you are so creative! I would have looked at that hard hat and thought it would be fun for the grandkids, but never in my wildest imagination would I have seen the possibility of a ladybug:) So cute!

  8. Really cute for the garden. I have a bunch of hardhats from my job as an architect. Need them on job sites. This is a great idea. I would paint one to wear but landscape jobs rarely need a hard hat worn on site. I might look a little funny at a building site with a lady beetle on my head.
