ReplyDeleteBoy! That's the prettist blue egg I ever saw! Sunny todayyyy!
ReplyDeleteGosh those eggs really are blue
ReplyDeleteWhat a perfect photo, the nest in the wreath. It couldn't be better if you staged it. All of Jezebel's babies are grown and gone now.
ReplyDeleteThose are big blue eggs! Great photo..
ReplyDeleteI have been seeing robin egg shells here and there. That means we have babies! I love robin because they build there nest just about anywhere and they are the first to explore a newly cultivated bed.
ReplyDeleteCool picture, very bright and blue too!
ReplyDeleteHere's to frolicking and the prettiest blue eggs I've ever seen! Happy Birthday to your sis.
ReplyDeleteYay, spring! It's supposed to get to 79 today (79!) and I'm volunteering this afternoon at the conservation district tree sale.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous blue eggs. Robins do build their nest in the strangest places.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to younger sis.
The pics are so beautiful! I love the color of robin's egg... I would paint my whole house that color if I didn't think it would disturb the neighbors! LOL

So exciting to be able to view nature up close! It was just the perfect place for momma robin to lay her eggs...and they are so blue, just beautiful!! Keep watching so we can see her sitting on the eggs, and then, when the babies are born! I had robins in my crepe myrtle last year, and watched the babies up there, and saw them leave the nest. I just love spring...Happy Birthday to your younger sister!!
ReplyDeleteThey are so pretty. Bird eggs are like little pieces of art!
ReplyDeleteThose are the bluest eggs I have ever seen! What a great picture!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to sister!
Have a great weekend Tina!

That is one exquisite photo of the gorgeous eggs!!! Have fun keeping track of their progress into real live birds. Hope you can keep Orkin away from them.
ReplyDeleteMorning all! TONS of stuff to do today as it is so splendid outside. Thanks for dropping by. My mom robin is not a bit bothered by me in the garden...hope the dogs leave her be! And Orkin too. Have a super day!
ReplyDeleteThe nest in wreath--what a great combination! Have a great weekend yourself, Tina!
ReplyDeleteTina...How delightful. I am charmed by the nest and it's beautiful blue eggs...soon you'll be showing us the hatchlings! Have a sweet weekend and I hope your sister has a great birthday! gail
ReplyDeleteAre those real? They're amazing. I didn't expect to be a big bird fanatic, but gardening really opened my eyes to a whole new world. Although now that it seems a hummingbird is nesting somewhere in my yard, it keeps chasing all the other birds away, which always makes me laugh. It reminds me of my tiny little terrier who is always barking at big dogs. I ramble. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteWow, the eggs are such a beautiful blue!
ReplyDeleteThey add a wonderfully decorative touch to your wreath. What fun to watch them hatch and grow.
ReplyDeleteMarnie
Oh Tina, what a color and the nest is so well made too. That photo is perfection. Happy birthday to Sis! :-)
ReplyDeleteFrances
I had to look again at the wreath Tina ~ the nest looks like it belongs there. We have Robins nesting here too but no where that I can get as great a photo as you did. The eggs are beautiful. Hope your sis has a wonderful day.
ReplyDeleteThey really do build their nests in the most random places. lol They keep making nests in my wall planters on the shed each spring. :) It makes watering a interesting task to say the least. Have a nice weekend...in the garden! Happy Birthday to your sis!
ReplyDeletewhat beautiful eggs you have my dear. at least you got some close up shots of those beauties.
ReplyDelete...the blue eggs are: GREAT!! :))
ReplyDeleteA nice sunny weekend, Kessi
That's so perfect blue! Lucky you, Tina! What a great Spring gift from Nature! Convey my wishes to your sis.
ReplyDeleteI should have lots of robin's eggs in my garden soon, too, judging by the number of them gathering nesting materials in my lawn.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to youngest sis!
I enjoyed your comment,Tina, on my last post, by the way. I've had lots of offers to help--Lisa even suggested I needed to travel to see everyone's gardens. Now wouldn't that be a fun study!
Tina, When I made wreaths for the craft store, I would put in artificial nests at times! They would sell must quicker then a wreath without a nest! A real nest in your wreath is a wonderful treat! What a beautiful color those Robin Blue eggs!
ReplyDeletethose are beautiful eggs!
ReplyDeleteWow, Tina! Could there possibly be a more incredibly blue egg than that? I don't think so. So very beautiful, nature's little gifts to us.
ReplyDeleteBrenda
Those robin eggs in the nest do capture spring. I adore that photo and also enjoyed your tulip ones below.
ReplyDeleteOurs should be coming up soon. The daffs are out and it was so warm today my son went swimming (briefly) with Stella today. In April at Popham! Can you believe it?
Happy Birthday to your sister too.
Thank you for the birthday wishes. It was a great birthday with the girls making a cake and dinner and dishes and cards for me.
ReplyDeleteIt's just another day to me once 40 came a year ago. Anyway, I hope all is well - it seems it with your site. Take care,
Love, youngest sister, Terri-Lynn
