My daughter deployed to Iraq in September 2009 for a one year deployment. It is hard to believe one year has passed but she has arrived home safe and sound!

Praise the Lord! I remember praying a hedge of protection around her and her fellow soldiers when they left last year!!!!!!

I am ever so grateful to her for her choice to join the Army to keep us safe here in the good ole USA! She is following her families footsteps and I am ever so thankful to you all for the sacrifices made on our behave!

Skeeter- Bella follows me around the house like I am leaving her again. I love being back with my babies and soon they will live with me again! Two years since then.

ReplyDeleteGreat photo of her coming in. but then again, I just might be a tad prejudice. LOL I am so happy to have her back in the states, will be even more happy to see her in less that 2 weeks and will be mighty happy to see her 4 cats go with her!!!!!!! Love you all, msybe even the cats!!

Whenever I see a soldier on the street, I shake their hand and tell them I am very proud of the work they are doing for the benefit of us at home.
